Eligibility Summary

The District Mission Board – under the guidance of the Board for Home Missions must actively participate in the development and implementation of the outreach ministry plans in order for a mission congregation to be eligible for grants or loans involved in each of the project categories.

Grant Program

Under current CEF policy, mission congregations have the opportunity to access loan funds and grant funds through CEF. All CEF grants are funded through the CEF Assistance Program. Grant funding grows through gifts and bequests made to WELS CEF, Inc. To make a Gift to WELS CEF.
