A: 12 years (or three consecutive 4 year terms)

A: Our CEF Board of Directors are listed in our Offering Circular and on our website under Board of Directors in our About Us area. All of our Board of Directors are members in good standing of a WELS Congregation. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

A: The Board currently meets with staff four times a year or on a quarterly basis.

Q: When does the annual meeting take place?

A: The annual meeting is usually held in August of each calendar year.

Q: When did WELS CEF become incorporated?

A: WELS CEF became incorporated in 1993.

Q: How long has WELS CEF been in existence?

A: WELS CEF became incorporated as its own entity in 1993. But, it has been in operation since the early 1900s.
