Patti Behmke
Patti has been with WELS CEF since 1986 and has served the organization in a number of capacities. She works with Jared Justman , Loan Origination Manager, to assist in handling the various responsibilities for qualifying and assisting a mission congregation through the process involving all NEW loans. If you need assistance with a new loan project she is happy to assist.
Vicki Ludlow
Vicki has been with WELS CEF since 1999. She and Ken McGhee, Loan Servicing Manager, are ready to assist in handling all servicing issues regarding any CURRENT loans a congregation has with WELS CEF. If you have questions about your existing loan or loan repayment she will be pleased to help.
Abbie Carter
Abbie has been with WELS CEF since 2007. Abbie is our Customer Service Representative and the “voice” of WELS CEF when you call our toll-free number. If you need a question answered regarding your investment with WELS CEF, she is ready to assist. She and Susan Hopkins handle service issues on investments made by WELS members, WELS congregations and affliated WELS organizations.
Susan Hopkins
Susan has been with WELS CEF since 2008. She serves you as our Investment Teller. If you have a question regarding your investment statement or maturity notice she is happy to assist. She and Abbie Carter handle customer service on all investments made by WELS members, WELS congregations and affiliated WELS organizations.
Nancy Gittel
Nancy has been with WELS CEF since 1986. She handles all legal corporate matters and state compliance registrations for WELS CEF. If you need proof of tax exempt status for WELS CEF as a 501 (c) (3) exempt organization, need to know if we are registered to do business in a state, need a certified copy of WELS CEF's articles of incorporation and bylaws -- contact Nancy.
