Welcome

The primary purpose of WELS CEF is to provide financing for mission congregations. Working in partnership with the WELS Board of Home Missions, we make loans and grants to qualified mission congregations so they can acquire land and build or renovate worship/ministry facilities. Funding is provided by member investments in WELS CEF.
